H&CRA has been coordinating activities among municipal, state and federal human and civil rights agencies since 1973.  The association has since grown to include a wide variety of groups in public and private sectors in efforts to eliminate and prevent discrimination. Our activities include lobbying for social justice and equity, engaging in educational and training programs to promote knowledge and awareness of diversity, and fundraising activites to support scholarships, internships, and apprenticeships for those in need.
